You're an organised, approachable and proactive individual providing administrative support to the English, Maths and ESOL provision within the college's business support team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the English, Maths and ESOL faculty, acting as a key point of contact for students and staff.
  • Respond to enquiries, support attendance monitoring, assist with assessments, learner progression and communications.
  • Work between the new English and Maths Hub and the central business support office, collaborating with colleagues across the college to ensure learners receive a responsive and high-quality service.
  • Contribute to an environment that supports one of the college's fastest-growing curriculum areas and helps learners succeed.
