JOB TITLE: Exams and Achievement Assistant

LOCATION: King's Lynn (with occasional travel to other campuses)

HOURS: 30-37 hours per week

SALARY: £26,349 - £26,749 per annum FTE

We are a successful, community‑focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Exams and Achievement team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external colleagues to ensure exam processes are well organised.
  • Meet students’ individual needs and maintain regulatory compliance across all exams.
  • Coordinate exam administration throughout the year for learners ranging from entry level to level 7.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Show proficiency in information technology tools that support exam management.
  • Provide flexibility during peak exam periods, including possible earlier start or later finish times.
