Join our team at Downham Market to support Bridge to Engagement learners in a supportive, small‑group environment.
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides learners with the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed and progress to further study or employment.
Responsibilities
- Support learners in the Bridge to Engagement programme, providing a highly supported environment.
- Manage challenging behaviour and facilitate positive interactions.
- Assist learners in developing and progressing their education or employment pathways.
