The predicted salary is between 24092 - 24292 £ per year.

This role involves more than just caretaking; you will serve as an ambassador for the college by welcoming visitors, students, and colleagues requiring assistance. The position includes various daily tasks that contribute to making our campus an inspiring learning environment, such as general maintenance and providing a reassuring presence.

The working hours are typically Monday to Friday, with start and end times on a rota basis (earliest start at 07:00, latest finish at 21:00). There may be opportunities for overtime and some weekend work during campus events.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College in the East of England, with a growing Property Services team. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.
