We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Business Support Assistant to support the delivery of the college's growing Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award programme and educational visits. Working closely with the DofE Manager and colleagues across the college, you'll play a key role in supporting the administration of the DofE awards and other educational visits, all whilst promoting enrichment opportunities and ensuring students have access to exciting experiences beyond the classroom.
No two days are the same. From helping organise educational visits and liaising with curriculum teams to promoting the DofE award at events and supporting communications with students, parents and external organisations, you'll help deliver opportunities that make a real difference to our learners.
As part of the central Business Support team, you'll also work closely with colleagues to provide flexible administrative support across the college. This may include supporting student and curriculum services during busy periods, providing cover for key business support functions and assisting with major college events, helping to ensure a responsive and high-quality service for students, staff and visitors.
