We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support and administer the apprenticeship experience from recruitment through to completion. The role will support all aspects of the apprenticeship journey, helping to ensure that funding, enrolment and compliance requirements are met while providing excellent customer service to colleagues, employers and apprentices.
Organisation: We are a community-focused FE College based in the East of England, with an opportunity to join the Admin and Compliance - Business Engagement & Apprenticeship team. We offer a comprehensive training package and a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the apprenticeship journey from recruitment through to completion.
- Help ensure funding, enrolment and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, employers and apprentices.
- Assist with administration, data entry and record-keeping related to apprenticeship programmes.
