Who we are looking for
The Vice President of the Network Management team will primarily be responsible for working with subcustodian banks, central securities depositories and top tier and strategic clients in the EMEA region. As a member of the Network Management team, you are responsible for oversight of our network of third party sub custodians and cash correspondent service providers in EMEA and the successful delivery of services onward to State Street’s global client base.
Respond to client inquiries on impacted markets, perform ongoing due diligence on network of providers and provide support to the strategic direction of the bank. The ability to facilitate complex problem resolution across the bank is a must. Serve as an escalation point for external and internal clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Vice President, you will
- Directly interact with subcustodian banks and central securities depositories in EMEA on a daily basis providing internal and external support.
- Respond to inquiries and service requests from internal and external clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancements.
- Develop strong relationships with our network of providers.
- Develop a strong understanding of client’s workflows and create tailored solutions that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support the publication of market information to a broader client base.
- Act as an escalation point for client and internal service teams.
- Present global services capabilities and discuss international custody topics with clients and prospects through various industry forums and during:
– On-site client sales meetings
– Due Diligence Reviews by existing clients

- Working knowledge of the global custody industry and in-depth knowledge of securities markets.
T2S experience essential.
