Responsibilities

  • As a Junk Remover you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.
  • You will greet clients with a smile, maintain eye contact, and engage in friendly small-talk.
  • You will serve as navigator, hauler, and assistant to the Truck Captain and work diligently to safely remove items from clients’ homes, offices, and buildings.
  • You are required to meet at the Trevose, PA office at the start of each shift.
  • Look, act, and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist) and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
  • Assist the Truck Captain by spotting for difficult truck maneuvers and backing up, completing paperwork, and navigating to and from the job and disposal sites.
  • Keep track of and maintain order for all truck contents (tools, clipboards, paperwork, and safety equipment).
  • Assist in completion of top-10% marketing activities.
  • Distribute marketing material daily.
  • Clean the truck at the end of the day.
  • Complete daily checklists.
  • Train to become a backup captain or possibly a Truck Captain.

  • MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
  • MUST have reliable transportation to work.
  • MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
  • MUST enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
