As an Executive Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with specialist data protection and information governance responsibilities in a role where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Provide professional, proactive and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across the College Group and beyond
- Support Boards, Committees and other senior meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
- Support major College events, meetings and initiatives.
- Provide administrative and technical support for the College's data protection function, working closely with the DPO and SIRO.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure and confident using their initiative.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, detail-focused and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experienced in administration, coordination or compliance-related work.
