About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, diligent and inspiring Lecturer with the vision, commitment and determination to continue raising standards for all our learners. The successful candidate can be sure of working with a team of extremely dedicated staff in a very motivating, forward-thinking Further Education environment.

Our Performing Arts curriculum area offers a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 3, including Acting, Musical Theatre & Dance. Successful applicants must have relevant prior experience working within education settings and be able to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and behaviours for the role.

We are looking for an acting specialism.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Hold a relevant Degree in Performing Arts or a relevant discipline, including Level 2 English and Maths
  • Be familiar with COSHH and Health and Safety regulations
  • Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
  • Be able to evidence continuing professional development
  • Experience or qualification in acting such as Screen Acting, Voiceover (VO), or Stage/Musical Theatre
