About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of relevant continuous professional development one or more in the following areas: Disability, Learning difficulties, ASD, Dyslexia, Sensory impairment, Challenging behaviour, Emotional behavioural activities, Mental health and Personal care
  • Working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, or other support needs
  • Experience of working with people with ASD or ADHD, communication difficulties, mental health difficulties
