About the Role
To provide a welcoming, professional and effective front of house service for the Learner Services department. To work as part of a team to provide a high-quality customer focused centralised Learner Services function across the department. To provide administrative support for the Learner Services department.
Requirements
- Must-Have:
- Hold a minimum of Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
- Possess a relevant professional qualification
- Appropriate qualification in the field of expertise e.g. Multi-Agency Working etc.
- Evidence of directly relevant training and development activities/updating (in addition to College training days)
- Experience of working with a wide range of agencies and or stakeholders
