About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. The Apprenticeship Talent Academy Officer will lead on the attraction, identification, and progression of apprenticeship talent across the College, supporting learners and employers to engage effectively with apprenticeship provision. The postholder will be responsible for matching suitable candidates to employer apprenticeship vacancies, advising employers on apprenticeship funding and incentives, and providing practical support with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS). They will play a key role in developing talent pipelines, promoting apprenticeship pathways, and ensuring a high-quality experience for employers and apprentices. Requirements

  • Possession of a recognised degree or equivalent professional / vocational qualification.
  • Level 2 qualification in Communication/Literacy/English and Numeracy/Maths.
  • Current experience of working in an Apprenticeship compliance role and supporting internal / external funding assurance visits.
  • Direct experience supporting non-levy funding reservations and employer onboarding.
  • Experience within a further education college, training provider, or apprenticeship delivery organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and systems, including the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
