Coventry College is seeking an Apprenticeship Talent Academy Officer to lead on attracting, identifying and progressing apprenticeship talent across the College.

You will match candidates to employer vacancies, advise on funding and incentives, and provide practical DAS support to employers and learners.

You will help develop talent pipelines, promote apprenticeship pathways, and ensure a high-quality experience for employers and apprentices, shaping the next generation of skilled professionals.
