Bilingual School HR Manager — Safeguarding & Compliance Lead

CFBL in London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the school’s HR function, ensuring a compliant and people‑focused service across the school. The role reports to the Head of Finance and Administration and works with the SLT and safeguarding lead on HR matters.

The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including safer recruitment, onboarding, visa and sponsor checks, payroll preparation and HR data reporting.
