The Executive Assistant to the Director General is a trusted partner who enables the effective leadership of Collège du Léman by providing high-level executive, administrative and organisational support to the Director General. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the Director General and the school's internal and external stakeholders, representing the Office of the Director General with professionalism, sound judgement and integrity.
Manage the Director General's priorities, calendar, meetings, travel and day-to-day operations, ensuring effective planning, prioritisation and execution.
Manage Director General's correspondence, executive communications, prepare high-quality briefings, presentations and correspondence, and ensure the highest standards of confidentiality.
Support the implementation of the school's strategic priorities by coordinating projects, monitoring progress and facilitating the effective work of the Senior Leadership Team.
Lead the planning and coordination of major institutional events, official visits and executive engagements.
Build collaborative relationships across academic and operational departments, acting as a trusted point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives.
Support cross-functional projects involving HR, finance, admissions, and parent associations.
- Proven experience in executive support or senior administration roles
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in English and French
- High digital fluency, including Microsoft 365, with confidence in adopting new technologies and productivity tools
