As a Study Coach, you will support and supervise students aged 11 to 18 during evening study sessions twice a week from 6.00 pm, as well as during sports and cultural activities one weekend per month. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, structured and supportive environment that encourages both academic success and personal development.
Profile and competences:
- An IB graduate, studying at University, EPFL or Haute Ecole, in Child & Adolescent Psychology, Sciences, Economics or Literature
- Ideally with prior experience working with teenagers, understanding their needs and interests
- A native speaker in French or English with a good command of the other language. Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese or Arabic an asset
- Enthusiastic, patient, with natural authority, motivated to impart your knowledge to young people.
- Flexible, integrating easily into a team thanks to good interpersonal skills
- Swiss or European nationality with a valid work permit
- Clean criminal records
