RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Développe un climat propice à l'apprentissage et à l'acquisition des compétences attendues.
- Formule et met en œuvre les objectifs de la section en accord avec les objectifs généraux du Collège.
- Collabore avec ses collègues pour harmoniser la progression de l'enseignement.
- Définit et adapte avec ses collègues, les chefs de file et les doyennes, les objectifs et contenus du programme de la section Primaire.
- Effectue périodiquement une évaluation du niveau atteint.
- Rencontre régulièrement les parents d'élèves pour un point de situation.
- Gère le budget alloué à sa classe pour les activités et sorties.
PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES
- Diplôme d'enseignement supérieur en sciences de l'éducation et/ou pédagogie.
- 5-7 d'expérience en classes primaires.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Extraits de casier judiciaire vierges.
- Nationalité suisse ou permis de travail valide.
