Collectors is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the UK Receiving Center. You will independently manage daily priorities, staffing, workflow, service levels, quality, and escalations while aligning with the Director of Operations. Onsite five days per week at our UK location.
You will develop the team, implement standard work, and partner with cross-functional teams to support capacity planning and continuous improvement as we grow in the UK and Europe.
