As Territory Manager for PSA UK, you will have responsibility for our London Receiving Center.

You will head and scale a team of approximately 15 people on the ground, own the day‑to‑day operations, and carry P&L responsibility for the site.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for an entrepreneurial operator who has successfully built, run, and scaled businesses or business units before.

You will be responsible for building a high‑performing local team, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth – while operating within a highly collaborative, international organization.

You will report directly to the General Manager, Europe, and work closely with European and US‑based leadership teams across Operations, Product, Marketing & Finance.

Onsite Requirement

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 4 days per week.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Accountable for a team of 15+ employees across operations, customer intake, logistics, and support functions
  • Hold full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant receiving, processing, and outbound workflows
  • Build and maintain a strong performance culture focused on quality, speed, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
  • Hire, onboard, and develop talent as the operation scales
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, UK & Operations Lead to support growth initiatives, campaigns, and local partnerships
  • Collaborate with US and European teams to align on standards, processes, systems, and best practices
  • Act as the senior on‑site leader and key point of contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs processes, and company policies
  • Support Operations by identifying operational risks and proactively implement mitigation plans

Who You Are

  • Proven business leader with experience running and scaling a business, site, or business unit – ideally as a founder, owner, general manager with 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership, with a clear understanding of cost structures, margins, and operational leverage
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Hands‑on, pragmatic, and execution‑focused – able to balance strategy with day‑to‑day operations
  • Strong understanding of how to build processes, structure teams, and scale operations sustainably
  • Experience working in international or cross‑cultural environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in logistics, operations, e‑commerce, marketplaces, collectibles, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles ecosystem is a strong advantage, but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
  • Fluent in English
