We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team to receive, separate, and itemize incoming customer orders daily. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and work out of our UK Office in London.
What You’ll Do:
- Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
- Match, count, and check items.
- Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
- Enter item information into the database and print stickers containing order details.
- Work with cross-functional departments on special projects/deals and to resolve problem orders.

- You have good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable with physical labor.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Pay Transparency Statement:
The salary for this position is £23,471.94 - £31,756.16. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
