- An individual familiar with editing tools and design software, i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Figma, CapCut, Canva or similar.

- A strong awareness of social media trends and the ability to translate them into relevant and reactive content opportunities.
- A freelancer with the availability to travel (typically Europe and twice a year) if required for project delivery.
- Proficient in the use of AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing and creative iteration (e.g. generative video, automated captions, concept generation).
Scope of services:
- Overall strategic direction and approach to UGC/Paid social and organic social media content, to maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic and brand identity across all content.
- Production of high-performing paid social content tailored for channels, formats and campaign objectives.
- Writing and refining ad copy, hooks, and key messaging to maximise engagement and conversion, in line with brand tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team as required to align deliverables with campaign objectives.
Specific Requirements:
- Proven experience creating organic and paid social content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video-first content.

- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Figma, CapCut, Canva or similar.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response creative and ability to iterate content based on insights.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout or similar).
- Ability to monitor, interpret and report on performance, with an understanding of key social metrics.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to haves:
- Proven experience in managing a content calendar geared towards organic follower growth.
- Deep understanding of platform-native creative (e.g. TikTok-first storytelling, Meta hook-based ads, Reddit community tone).
- Experience working first-hand in the car hire, automotive or travel sectors.
- Exposure to luxury brands or high-end audiences is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with or briefing external content creators.
