We are passionate about one mission: find the right people for the right job and thus make the recruiting market much more efficient! At Collective, we have built the first AI recruiting agent: we call it Sherlock. It searches, analyses profiles, corrects its searches and explores the most promising areas to find the best talents for recruiters. Today, it is used by more than 10,000+ recruiters.
You will work closely with our leadership team (founding team) to build and grow our team in the UK and other countries. We are a fast-growing company, growing 40% month over month on our revenue, aiming for series A this year! Now has never been a better time to join us.
Your Mission:
- Help us find top profiles to join our company, in multiple areas (go-to-market, tech/product)
- Participate in the recruiting process (sourcing, screening) and recruitment operations
