Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers (HR teams, recruiters, talent leaders)
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts and personalize outreach to drive engagement
