At Collective, we have built the first AI recruiting agent: we call it Sherlock. It searches, analyses profiles, corrects searches and explores the most promising areas to find the best talents for recruiters. Today, it is used by more than 10,000+ recruiters.
You will work closely with our leadership team (founding team) to build and grow our team in the UK and other countries. We are a fast-growing company, growing 40% month over month on our revenue, aiming for series A this year! Now has never been a better time to join us.
Your Mission
- Help us find top profiles to join our company, in multiple areas (go-to-market, tech/product)
- Participate in the recruiting process (sourcing, screening) and recruitment operations
