We’re passionate about one mission: find the right people for the right job and thus make the recruiting market much more efficient. At Collective, we have built the first AI recruiting agent: we call it Sherlock. It searches, analyzes profiles, corrects searches and explores the most promising areas to find the best talents for recruiters. Today, it is used by more than 10,000 recruiters.

You will work closely with our leadership team (founding team) to build and grow our team in the UK and other countries. We’re a fast growing company, growing 40% month over month on our revenue, aiming for series A this year! Now has never been a better time to join us.

Your Mission

  • Help us find and close new clients in the UK (50% inbound / 50% outbound)
  • Hold product demos to the relevant prospects (webinars, product tours,...)
  • Follow-up, answer prospect questions, share proposals
  • Structure deals, negotiation and contracting

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Salesperson (BDR, SDR, Inside sales) interested to grow a new business in the UK
  • Ideally experience with B2B Software, AI software or HR software
  • Ideally some connections in the UK
