Missions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support product teams in prioritization and roadmap planning
- Define and track KPIs to measure product and business performance
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data availability and quality
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams
