Responsibilities
- You will work closely with engineering and directly with the CTO to improve our AI recruiting agent "Sherlock".
- Your tasks include:
- Adding evaluations to test performance
- Changing underlying models
- Structuring and improving data sources
- Adding new ways to use Sherlock AI across the application
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Agentic search
- Frontend expertise in Typescript, React, GraphQL
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions (CI), Forest Admin, Datadog
Requirements:
- Passion for AI coding
- Proactive and autonomous, able to drive projects as if owning a company
