Context

Collective is an AI sourcing suite designed for professional recruiters, who can source in a global pool of 800M+ talents, including an embedded network of registered and active candidates. The platform offers two main agents:

• Sherlock for recruiters, helping them find candidates (in our base, or in clients ATS)

• Watson for candidates, assisting them in finding jobs

Currently, over 20,000 recruiters use Collective to search for candidates, while more than 1,000 new candidates join daily to find their next job.

Collective is in a scaling phase, aiming to grow from 2 to 10M€ in ARR and expand across Europe. We just fundraised with 50+ HR leaders, Business Angels, Funds, to finance our ambition.

Ambition

We want to build the global meeting point between candidates and recruiters, in the age of AI. Sherlock + Watson capturing their market has an endless potential.

Missions

• Build assets such as videos and website content

• Boost visibility across multiple channels/social networks

• Develop growth engines and agents

• Shape and execute the overall growth strategy

Working Conditions

• Remote position, ideally based in Europe (Any country possible)

Requirements

1. At least 4 years of experience

2. Hands-on approach with participation in concrete production of assets, processes, and agents

3. AI-addict with AI at the core of growth strategy

4. Experience with both B2C & B2B thinking

5. Creative mindset, able to think outside the box

6. Strategist capable of stepping back, planning, and iterating

7. Viral-oriented with someone who's already been viral
