Missions:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of outbound and inbound opportunities
- Conduct product demos and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and position Collective.work as a strategic solution
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Work with product and data teams to share customer feedback and insights
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks

Profile wanted:
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably as an AE or similar role)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience running demos and managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Experience selling to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition teams (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI/ML or data-driven products (nice to have)
- Experience in early-stage startups or building sales processes from scratch (nice to have)
- Multilingual (English required; French or other European languages a plus)
