As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both our advisers and clients throughout the mortgage journey. From managing applications and coordinating documentation to liaising with lenders and ensuring cases progress smoothly, you will be at the heart of delivering a first‑class customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and insurers to obtain required information and updates.
  • Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM and case management systems.
  • Support mortgage advisers with appointment preparation and client communications.
  • Produce suitability reports, illustrations, and mortgage documentation where required.
  • Assist with general administrative duties within the mortgage team.
