The Collecting Group (TCG) isn’t your average company; we’re a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We’re not just disrupting the auction industry, we’re redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we’re just getting started. We’re expanding globally and we’re looking for an IT Admin & Operations Lead to join us in our London offices.
The Mission: You’ll own TCG’s IT infrastructure and operations while progressively building our AI capabilities. This role combines hands-on IT administration, being the go-to person for technology across our UK office and supporting global employees, with forward-thinking AI enablement. You’ll ensure our 100+ person organisation runs smoothly through excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work and empower staff with AI tools. Currently, the balance is roughly 60% IT operations, 40% AI initiatives, with the goal of shifting that balance over time through smart automation.
The Gearbox:
- Act as primary IT support contact for UK office and first-response for global employee IT requests
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding: device provisioning
