The Gearbox:
- Be a dedicated point of contact through the life of the auction process, coordinating endātoāend activities from preāsales through to postāsales and ensuring excellent engagement and service throughout.
- Communicate and build client relationships to foster longāterm repeat business.
- Research values of collectible cars, analysing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves.
- Manage the full consignment process with administration tasks including arranging photography.
- Continuously build your network and bring in new business opportunities for The Collecting Group.
- Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customer data from prospects to auction close, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in Collecting Cars external events to help build brand awareness.
- Work as part of the wider Collecting Group team, collaborating to support the success of all members.

- Prior experience within a salesābased role, successfully delivering against revenue goals.
- Proactive and selfāstarter, with proven ability to work independently to source and close sales.
- Openāminded and inquisitive, adaptable to our culture and constantly seeking opportunities for growth.
- Adept at negotiating sale terms with customers, with demonstrable experience.
- Commercial yet customerāfirst mindset, proud of our excellent customer service that drives reputation and referrals.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to achieve high call volumes.
- Ability to research and absorb information quickly, identifying suitable vehicles from highāresolution images.
- Attention to detail and an investigative approach.
- Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.
