The Collecting Group (TCG) is not your average company – we’re a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. With brands like Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting already leading the pack, we are expanding and looking for a Consignment Specialist to join us in the UK.
You’ll join a growing, diverse team that is disrupting the traditional auction model. Working closely with sellers and collectors locally and internationally, you’ll help foster long‑lasting partnerships and contribute to revenue growth and product development.
Responsibilities- Serve as a dedicated point of contact through the entire auction process, coordinating end‑to‑end activities from pre‑sales to post‑sales while ensuring excellent service levels.
- Communicate and build client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Research the values of collectible cars and analyze industry trends to inform market reserves.
- Manage the full consignment process, including administration tasks such as arranging photography.
- Continuously build your network and bring in new business opportunities for The Collecting Group.
- Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customers, maintaining accurate records from prospect to auction close.
- Participate in Collecting Cars external events to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support the success of all members.
- Prior experience in a sales‑based role with a proven record of meeting revenue goals.
- Proactive, self‑starter who can source and close sales independently.
- Adaptable, inquisitive, and continually seeking opportunities for the company to evolve.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial yet customer‑first mindset.
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to achieve high call volumes.
- Quick to research and absorb information, enabling identification of suitable vehicles from high‑resolution images.

- Proficiency with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
Parsons Green, London – you will be predominantly based at our London HQ. Full UK working rights are required.
