The company continues to add on services and operations to this end and we expect the right candidate to contribute with suggestions based upon successful client communication and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn how to manage and grow a portfolio of new prospects, building strong client relationships.
- Learn how to identify and close 10+ new high-value clients (corporate or SME) per year.
- Learn to promote our core waste collection services across the UK.
- Learn how the operations team ensures smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Report directly to the leadership team with performance updates and insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is confident, focused, and proactive; you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
- Is reliable, hard-working, and not afraid of working independently.
- Learns fast, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Literate; comfortable using CRMs, Excel, email, and other digital tools.

- College and/or University education in Environmental, Sustainability, Business.
- Lives within North West area of England.
