Located in Eastwood, we are a suburban general law practice committed to serving the local community with professionalism, integrity, and dedication. Our practice areas include immigration, family law, wills and estate, commercial law and more. We are seeking a junior solicitor with 0-3 years of post-admission experience who is passionate about building a meaningful legal career in a collaborative environment. The role involves assisting the Principal with case preparation and file management.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing visa application forms, POA, wills and other testamentary documents
- Preparing and reviewing commercial contracts
- Attending client meetings, mentions, mediations, and hearings
- Providing advice on immigration law, family law, corporate law and commercial law
We expect the ideal candidate to possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
