Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and review client quotations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and commercial alignment.
- Support the Account Management team with tenders, proposals, presentations, and key project activity.
- Manage and respond to small and medium-sized client enquiries.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving to deadline.
- Build strong supplier relationships to improve responsiveness, pricing outcomes, and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate supplier pricing, product information, discounts, and commercial data across internal systems.
- Coordinate samples, finishes, logistics, and meeting preparation for client and project meetings.
- Capture actions from meetings and support the wider project coordination process.
- Keep CRM and internal systems up to date, ensuring strong data accuracy and process consistency.
- Support junior team members where required and help improve coordination processes across the team.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives, including sustainability, compliance, and service standards.
Required
- 2–4 years’ experience in a coordination, sales support, procurement, or project-based role.
- Experience within a design-led, supplier-led, furniture, lighting, interiors, or specification environment would be highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident liaising with clients and suppliers by phone, email, and in person.
- Comfortable working with systems, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, pricing data, and product information.
- Commercially aware, with good attention to detail and an understanding of margins, pricing, and supplier negotiation.
- Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and confident taking ownership.
- Positive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
