Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and review client quotations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and commercial alignment.

  • Keep CRM and internal systems up to date, ensuring strong data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Support junior team members where required and help improve coordination processes across the team.

Required

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a coordination, sales support, procurement, or project-based role.
  • Experience within a design-led, supplier-led, furniture, lighting, interiors, or specification environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident liaising with clients and suppliers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Comfortable working with systems, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, pricing data, and product information.
  • Commercially aware, with good attention to detail and an understanding of margins, pricing, and supplier negotiation.
