About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Proactive retail sales role requiring regular outreach and client visits to designers, developers and private clients, encouraging showroom engagement and product experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers and private clients to generate new business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Managing residential and trade sales enquiries from initial consultation through to quotation, specification and order completion.
  • Driving sales growth through showroom appointments, proactive business development, networking and repeat business.
  • Supporting projects ranging from single-item purchases to large-scale residential and interior schemes.
  • Contributing to the commercial performance of the showroom while delivering a consistently high level of customer service and client care.
Requirements
  • Experience within luxury retail, residential interiors or premium furniture sales environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional client experience with a strong customer service focus.
  • Previous experience within the furniture, interiors or design sector preferred.
  • Confident working with discerning private clients, interior designers, architects and developers.
  • Commercially aware, personable and consultative in approach, with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage the full sales process through to completion.
  • Genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, materials and high‑quality products.
  • Suitable for a mid to senior‑level sales professional with an established network of industry contacts and relationships.
