About the Company
A leading Italian luxury furniture brand is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join its London showroom team.
About the Role
Working closely with the sales team, this role supports a mix of residential and commercial projects, ensuring quotations, orders, client information and project details are managed accurately from initial enquiry through to delivery.
The role would suit someone who is proactive, commercially aware and comfortable juggling multiple live projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.
Responsibilities
- Managing orders from quotation and order entry through to site survey, delivery and after-sales support.
- Preparing quotes, purchase orders, invoices, project files and delivery documentation.
- Liaising with production and logistics teams in Italy regarding lead times, allocations and order updates.
- Keeping CRM records and client/project information accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the sales team with client meetings, presentations and showroom events.
- Acting as a point of contact for trade clients, interior designers and architects.
- Coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure projects are handed over correctly.
- Monitoring projects closely and flagging potential issues early.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, client services or operations, ideally within luxury interiors, furniture or a design-led environment.
- Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
- A calm and professional approach when working to tight deadlines.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.
