We are looking for a highly organised Sales & Project Coordinator to support the smooth running of client projects from enquiry through to quotation, order processing, supplier coordination, delivery, and completion.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy sales and project team. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure information is accurate, deadlines are met, and projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, project coordination, administration, procurement, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within furniture, lighting, interiors, architecture, hospitality, or the wider design sector.
Responsibilities- Support the sales and project teams with enquiries, quotations, orders, and project administration.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Request pricing, lead times, product information, samples, and finishes.
- Prepare and update quotations, proposals, schedules, and project documents.
- Track project actions, timelines, deliveries, and key information.
- Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Support with supplier coordination, logistics, and post-order follow-up.
- Help resolve client or supplier queries quickly and professionally.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across pricing, product data, and project information.
- Experience in sales support, project coordination, administration, procurement, or a project-led role.
