Luxury Furniture | Residential Interiors | Hospitality | Showroom Sales | A&D

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Furniture Sales Executive / Interiors Sales Consultant to join an established, design-led London showroom representing beautifully designed, high-quality furniture.

This is a proper sales role for someone who enjoys design but is fundamentally commercially motivated.

You will work across the residential and hospitality interiors market, building relationships with private clients, interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality businesses.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio of clients, combining existing showroom opportunities with proactive new business development.

You will manage the full sales journey from first conversation through to specification, quotation, order and delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new relationships with interior designers, architects, developers and private clients
  • Growing existing accounts and generating repeat and referral business
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Converting showroom enquiries and appointments into sales
  • Managing residential and hospitality furniture projects from initial brief through to order
  • Advising clients on furniture collections, materials, finishes, dimensions and bespoke options
  • Preparing quotations and managing client follow-up
  • Building strong relationships across the architecture and interior design community
  • Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline through CRM
  • Working closely with sales support, operations and management
  • Representing the showroom at launches, industry events and trade functions
  • Developing detailed knowledge of the brand, collections and wider furniture market

Who We Are Looking For

You could currently be working as a:

We are looking for someone with proven sales experience within furniture, interiors, design or the wider luxury market.

You should be commercially ambitious, organised and confident creating your own opportunities rather than relying solely on incoming enquiries.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Previous furniture, interiors or luxury-sector sales experience
  • Experience selling higher-value, design-led products
  • Strong knowledge of consultative and project-led sales
  • Confidence working with interior designers, architects and private clients
  • Existing relationships within the residential and/or hospitality design market
  • A genuine appetite for new business development
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good commercial awareness and confidence around sales targets
  • Excellent organisation and pipeline management
  • A strong eye for furniture, materials and design
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Professional, confident client communication

Residential + Hospitality

The role will have a strong focus on the high-end residential and hospitality interiors sectors.

You will work with both private clients and professional specifiers, so an understanding of how furniture is selected, specified and purchased for residential and hospitality projects would be particularly valuable.

Experience working with the A&D community β€” architects and interior designers β€” would also be highly relevant.

Package

The commission structure offers strong earning potential for someone who can develop new relationships, grow accounts and consistently convert opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will be joining an established London showroom with a strong product offer, recognised design credentials and an existing market presence.

There is already a platform to sell from, but the opportunity is for someone who wants to go further: build their own network, develop a substantial client base and create long-term commercial relationships across the London design industry.

This would particularly suit someone who loves furniture and interiors but thinks like a salesperson.
