Working with designers, architects, and commercial clients across design-led furniture and lighting projects. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support enquiries, quotations, supplier communication, samples, pricing, and project administration. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone organised, proactive, and confident keeping projects moving behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team with client enquiries, quotations, proposals, and project administration.
  • Prepare and update client quotations, ensuring information is accurate, clear, and well-presented.
  • Manage smaller client enquiries, helping to source suitable products and provide timely responses.
  • Liaise with suppliers to request pricing, product information, lead times, samples, and finishes.
  • Keep clients, suppliers, and internal teams updated in line with project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, supplier, discount, and project information across internal systems.
  • Support the coordination of samples, finishes, logistics, and meeting preparation.
  • Capture actions from client and project meetings, ensuring follow-ups are clear and completed.
  • Keep CRM and internal systems up to date with accurate project and client information.
  • Follow internal processes and support wider business initiatives, including sustainability and compliance.
  • Help ensure the sales and project process runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Required

  • 1–3 years’ experience in coordination, sales support, administration, procurement support, or a project-based role.
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in design, interiors, furniture, lighting, architecture, or the built environment would be beneficial.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams by phone, email, and in person.
  • Comfortable working with systems, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, pricing information, and product data.
  • Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Positive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Good commercial awareness, with an interest in understanding pricing, suppliers, products, and project delivery.
