Their mission is to create timeless pieces at the forefront of contemporary design. With sculptural, confident and sophisticated products, the studio continually seeks to push boundaries and explore new directions.
The business is looking for an individual with dynamism and creativity, who combines critical thinking with vision and is excited by the opportunity to play a key role in the brand's continued development in the UK. The role will focus on managing existing relationships and establishing new partnerships across the UK, while identifying opportunities to expand the brand's presence within the market.
The position combines close collaboration with the existing dealer network alongside developing and strengthening relationships with architects and designers. This will involve building awareness of the collection, supporting partners, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. Based at the London showroom in Clerkenwell, this is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working within a growing design company and who shares values centred around honesty, openness, strong design sensibility and a commitment to timeless quality.
Key Responsibilities- Drive commercial growth across contract & A&D.
- Supporting and strengthening relationships with dealers, architects & designers.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Thinking strategically about market growth and partnerships.
- Win and manage projects from specification through to delivery.
- Increasing brand awareness and product knowledge among partners and specifiers.
- Travelling across the UK to meet architects, designers and partners.
- Represent NORR11 in the UK market — showroom, meetings, events.
- Work closely with international team and UK partners.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the furniture / interiors (contract or commercial).
- Confident communicator — credible in front of clients.
- Commercially sharp with a design‐led mindset.
- Professional and detail‐oriented, with a genuine passion for design.
- Strong relationship builder with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Self‐sufficient, proactive, and hungry to build.
