Responsibilities
- Grow and develop key end-user accounts, increasing revenue across existing relationships and new sectors.
- Lead major tender submissions, shaping compelling and commercially robust responses.
- Build strategic relationships with end users, dealers, D&B firms and A&D practices.
- Drive specification opportunities ahead of tender through close collaboration with the A&D team.
- Deliver senior-level presentations and pitches to client stakeholders.
- Manage projects through bid, negotiation and delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and open opportunities in new verticals and target accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews, uncovering opportunities for growth and cross-sell.
- Represent the business across industry events, client meetings and market activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the UK contract furniture market, ideally in key accounts, specification sales or strategic business development.
- Strong understanding of dealer, A&D and project sales channels.
- Track record of growing major client relationships and winning projects through tender routes.
- Experience developing persuasive bid responses for complex projects.
- Commercially astute, consultative and highly credible with senior stakeholders.
- Confident presenting, negotiating and managing multiple opportunities at pace.
- Collaborative, self-directed and motivated by building long-term partnerships.
