Collate Form is an LDN-based careers service that hires internationally across design and furniture.

Join an established Italian, design‑led furniture brand with a strong reputation across workplace, hospitality, and high‑end residential projects. Based in a small, experienced London team, this role offers exposure to the A&D community and a clear pathway into specification sales.

This is a showroom‑based role encompassing both retail and trade sales. You’ll support the team in building relationships with architects and designers, gain hands‑on experience in specification projects, and gradually take ownership of your own opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career with an interest in design and interiors, looking to build long‑term expertise.

Experience in furniture, showrooms, design‑led retail, or a sales support role is beneficial but not essential — attitude, curiosity, and commercial awareness matter more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting a proactive sales approach by assisting with outreach to interior designers, architects, developers and private clients.
  • Helping to encourage showroom visits and supporting the delivery of an excellent in‑person product experience.
  • Building strong client relationships under guidance, contributing to long‑term business development and repeat enquiries.
  • Managing residential and trade enquiries alongside senior team members, from initial contact through to quotation and order processing.
  • Assisting with showroom appointments, follow‑ups, CRM updates and general client communications.
  • Supporting sales growth through day‑to‑day client interaction, showroom presence and administrative support.
  • Assisting on projects ranging from individual product sales to larger residential interior schemes.
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the showroom while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, sales support, or coordination.
  • Strong interest in luxury interiors, design, furniture and high‑quality products.
  • Good communication skills with a confident, friendly and professional manner.
  • Eager to learn, develop and build a career in interiors and design sales.
  • Comfortable engaging with private clients and design professionals in a supportive capacity.
  • Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and be hands‑on.
  • Suitable for an entry‑level or junior candidate looking to grow within the interiors industry.
  • Right to work UK.

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
