The Affiliate & E-commerce Manager will support Collagerie’s growing commerce, affiliate, and e-commerce operations — helping drive performance, ensure site health, and deliver exceptional experiences for our brand partners and customers. This role blends day-to-day management of affiliate, tenancy, and CPC activity with e-commerce site optimisation and technical troubleshooting. You’ll act as an internal advocate for partner requests, ensure seamless delivery across Collagerie’s commerce touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Tech, UX and Content teams to maximise performance and maintain an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate relationships and oversee activity across key networks (e.g. Skimlinks, Rakuten, Partnerize) to optimise traffic, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Lead tenancy and CPC-only sales campaigns, including setup, delivery, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Maintain Collagerie’s partner integrations, product feeds, and tracking links, ensuring accuracy and consistent attribution across the site.
- Monitor campaign and network performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Troubleshoot tracking or integration issues in collaboration with Tech and external partners.
- Work with Tech and UX teams to ensure site health, identifying and resolving performance or user‑journey issues that impact commerce.
- Optimise site merchandising, affiliate placements, and product recommendations to enhance conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to align product curation and commerce content with data‑driven insights.
- Support testing and implementation of new tools or technologies to enhance Collagerie’s commerce experience.
- Expertise in Algolia is ideal, particularly for site search and product discovery optimisation.
Partner Management & Internal Advocacy
- Act as an internal advocate for brand partner requests, ensuring their needs are communicated and prioritised across teams.
- Manage ongoing partner maintenance, ensuring content accuracy, link functionality, and asset delivery.
- Support Partnerships with reporting, insights, and operational delivery for long‑term partner satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver regular performance reports, offering insights into affiliate, CPC, and commerce activity.
- Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to ensure accurate analytics and tracking across all platforms.
- Contribute to monthly trade reports and strategic recommendations to inform wider commercial and content decisions.
The Person
- 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital partnerships within retail, publishing, or media.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, CPC platforms (e.g. Linkby), and tracking/attribution models.
- Experience with site optimisation and collaboration with UX/Tech teams on site performance and troubleshooting.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external teams.
- A proactive problem solver who combines operational rigour with a passion for digital retail and brand storytelling.
