We're looking for a sales or customer success professional to lead the adoption of AI across our sales function. This role is less about managing a fixed book of clients, and much more about reshaping how the sales cycle works: identifying where AI can replace manual effort, piloting new tools, and embedding them into a process the wider team can use.
You will work alongside one of the UK’s leading GTM fintech strategists for 6 months and gain invaluable experience implementing AI tools into a growing London based fintech. The salary is around £50k depending on skills and experience. You will need to be creative, curious, willing to learn, able to work to a very fast pace and comfortable with change.
What You'll Own
- Lead the rollout of AI tools across prospecting, qualification, proposals, follow-up, and reporting.
- Redesign existing sales workflows around AI-first ways of working, replacing manual steps with faster, smarter alternatives.
- Build repeatable, documented processes that let the wider sales team adopt AI tools consistently, not just individually.
- Use AI-driven insight to prioritise accounts and flag opportunity or risk earlier than manual review would.
- Track and report on the commercial impact of AI adoption — speed, conversion, and efficiency gains.
- Stay ahead of new AI capabilities relevant to sales and bring the best of them into the business quickly.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or customer success role within fintech, ideally gained in a London-based business.
- Advanced, hands-on use of AI tools across the sales cycle — this is the core of the role, not a supporting skill. You should be able to speak confidently about specific tools, prompts, or workflows you've built.
- A genuine track record of using AI to materially improve a sales process, not just using it occasionally.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate AI efficiency gains into measurable revenue or retention impact.
- Curiosity and speed in testing and adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.
Why Join
- You will work alongside one of the UK’s leading GTM fintech strategists for 6 months.
- A business that treats AI as a genuine commercial advantage, not a buzzword.
- Real ownership over how AI is used across the sales function as the company scales.
- A high-growth fintech at an exciting stage.
Exact title to be confirmed based on candidate experience.
