Our client is a London-based fund and accelerator working closely with ambitious early-stage technology businesses across AI, fintech, enterprise software and emerging technologies. They work directly with founders, investors and operators to help build and scale companies.
They are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO (and some of the leadership team) in a high-trust, high-visibility role based full-time in their Farringdon office. This is not a remote or hybrid role. It's office first.
This is not a traditional EA role. They need someone sharp, driven and highly capable. Someone with energy. Someone who enjoys operating at pace, solving problems quickly, keeping things moving and bringing structure to a busy environment without needing to be micromanaged.
The person joining will become a central point of coordination across the business, working closely with founders, investors, advisors and senior stakeholders. You will manage priorities, protect time, prepare meetings properly, handle communication professionally and help the CEO operate effectively in a fast-moving leadership environment.
This role requires judgement, ownership and strong instincts. The right person will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable handling complexity calmly and professionally. AI capability is essential. The business already uses some AI tools, but they want someone who genuinely understands how AI can improve productivity, organisation, communication, research and workflow management in a practical, day-to-day way - and then leverage it.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings with founders, investors, advisors and senior stakeholders
- Preparing agendas, summaries and follow-up actions
- Managing domestic and international travel logistics
- Document preparation, relationship administration and operational support
- Improving workflows, organisation and efficiency using AI and automation tools
- Acting as a trusted extension of the CEO in managing priorities and communication
Ideal background:
- 4–6 years’ experience in a PA, EA, operations or high-performance coordination role
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Naturally proactive, organised and solutions-oriented
- Strong judgement, professionalism and discretion
- High energy levels with a strong work ethic
- Strong digital fluency and confidence using AI tools
Office based | Farringdon, London £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience. This role would suit someone ambitious, highly organised and motivated by being close to decision-making, helping senior leadership operate effectively and being part of a high-performance environment.
