Description

Collaborative Care Services is looking for an enthusiastic support worker to work under the general direction of the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Team Leaders. This role involves being part of a team to deliver a high standard of care and support that meets the individual needs of children and young people.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Acting as an appropriate role model.
2. Providing advice, assistance, and support to children.
3. Attending to their practical, physical, and emotional needs.
4. Supporting children and young people to attend social activities, education, and health care appointments.
5. Helping young people maintain and personalize their home.

No experience needed as full training is provided.
